Clarity of work descriptions, quantities where stated, exclusions, provisional sums, payment milestones, access requirements, waste removal and obvious gaps that warrant clarification.
What you receive
A comparison summary and a list of questions to send to the contractors. Where appropriate, I can flag items for specialist review or further specification.
What it does not do
This service is not a tender certification, detailed measured bill of quantities, legal contract review or assurance that a quotation is commercially competitive without sufficient comparable evidence.
