Approach
An initial discussion to agree whether a remote review, focused site visit or specialist referral is most appropriate. Any inspection findings will be limited to the agreed scope.
Limitations
A visual assessment cannot establish all causes, especially concealed or structural defects. Testing or specialist investigation may be required.
